Remote Support

A picture is worth a thousand words, but sometimes a computer screen is worth millions.
That's why the Watertight™ Team provides the best support in the industry by remotely connecting to your computer over the Internet when you need help. With a few mouse clicks, we can see your screen at the same time as you, as well as take control when you'd prefer we do the typing.

What To Do
  1. Call us to let us know you'd like us to remote control your computer.
  2. Download the KDS Remote Control program by clicking on the big blue link below. Save the file where you'll be able to find it easily (we recommend your Desktop or My Documents folder).
  3. Minimize or close your web browser and double-click on the file you saved (KDSRemoteControl.exe) to start the program.
  4. We'll tell you where to go from there!
