Paperless Office is a fully integrated filing cabinet for Watertight™.

You can scan any document and automatically attach it to the item it’s related to. Signed contracts and credit applications are attached to customers, completed service calls are attached to work orders, scanned purchase orders and packing slips are attached to purchase orders, etc.

Attachments don’t need to be scanned from paper, either. Open any item’s attachments folder and drag files in, or create new ones. Need to write a letter to a customer? Put in a task reminder, then compose your document as an attachment on the task. Watertight will keep the two linked forever.

All items have an attachments button on them, which changes color when there are attached items. To open an attachment, just click the button and open the folder, or choose a file from the menu. There’s no separate “scanned documents” screen to dig through.
